We have included two new condensate capture devices designed for the bakery industry (please note these are not approved exhaust canopies). Both include a motor and can be retrofitted to existing ovens. The pricing is supply only and does not include fitting to an oven unless it is ordered with the oven on an indent basis that is fitted at the factory.
Drain Kit
The new drain kit available for purchase is suitable for both combi and bake-off ovens.
