Great news from Houno with all standard Visual Cooking models (C, K, B and C-gas ovens) now with increased memory. Being rolled out from October 1, 2011, they go from 10 programmes to a whopping 50. Another bonus, now all 50 programmes can hold 10 steps, up from 3. This not only means more recipes, but more finesse able to be set into each recipe (especially with Houno ovens boasting a temperature accuracy to within an unbelievable 4 deg C). Kitchen staff will be able to reach the same delicious and precise results every time with less manual fiddling and more time for plating up.

Houno 'Green' credentials
When you buy a Visual Cooking combi oven or bake-off oven, you make a difference to the environment at the same time. Houno only use green power for the production of their combi ovens and bake-off ovens. This means that as a company they are carbon neutral and assume responsibility for the environment and the natural resources. The green power they use comes from hydroelectric power stations in Norway.
